Cancellation policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. This gives us the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone else who may be waiting to be seen.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without letting us know, may be charged at the full appointment fee.

We do recognise that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen, and we will always approach these circumstances with understanding and care. If something unforeseen arises, please contact the team directly on 01534 747833.
