Human Health is looking for a Practice Manager who will have overall responsibility for ensuring the operations of the business run smoothly at all times and delivers a client experience that is second to none.
Specific experience within the healthcare sector is not necessary but the successful candidate will be willing and inspired to learn about chiropractic and holistic health. In addition, they will ideally have had some managerial experience but of more importance is that they are a self-motivated individual with broad administrative experience and the ability to work with and analyse spreadsheets. They must have great initiative, a fine eye for detail and always be working to see how we can improve as a business. Good computer skills and some knowledge of basic bookkeeping are required.
As the Practice Manager will be dealing with clients of all ages, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
This is a full time role, with 35 hours split between our two practices in St Peter and St Helier. As our main operating hours are 07:00 – 19:00 five days a week with an introduction of some Saturdays, there will be some flexibility as to how the 35 hours are allocated. It should be stressed that the Practice Manager will have overall responsibility for both practices being ready for business at all operating times.

The basic salary will be between £40K – £45k, depending on experience and training required. On completion of 1 years’ service, the Practice Manager will be invited to participate in the company’s profit sharing scheme.
