Lower back pain is a common ailment that can be caused by a variety of factors, such as poor posture, muscle strain, or herniated discs.
If you’re struggling with lower back pain, there are three simple exercises you can do to ease your discomfort.
This is a great exercise for strengthening the muscles in your lower back and buttocks. To do the Superman exercise, simply lie face down on the floor with your arms extended out in front of you. Slowly lift your upper body, lower body, and legs off the floor, holding this position for 5-10 seconds before returning to the starting position. Repeat this exercise 10 times.
The pelvic tilt exercise helps to stretch and strengthen the muscles in your lower back and abdomen. To do this exercise:
The Cobra exercise is great for improving flexibility in the spine and relieving tension in the lower back muscles. To do this exercise, lie on your stomach with your hands placed palm-down next to your shoulders. Slowly lift your head and chest off the floor, holding this position for 5 seconds before returning to the starting point. Repeat this exercise 10 times
